Today we had our colour browse appointment. This is essentially a one hour time where you get shown the colours/fittings including everything from the bricks for the house down to the handles for the doors. We got to see what was standard and what was upgrades. The higher the category for that item the more expensive it will be. The consultant spent a bit of time going through some selections with us giving us ideas/tips but it was very over whelming and even though I have been saving images from google/instagram of inspiration it was hard to decide. At the end of the meeting she gave us samples of the colours for the island bench and samples for the doors/cabinetry.

We went to the display home straight after with the samples. This helped our decision  making with the cabinetry for the kitchen a lot as we were able to hold up the sample to the cabinets and visualise it much better.

So now we have decided to upgrade the floorboards to a category 8 Sevilla Oak, upgrade the kitchen cabinets and drawers to bottega oak in woodmatt and upgrade the kitchen island bench to a category 4 caesar stone. We felt that these upgrades were necessary and will be worth the investment.
